We have been servicing stringed instruments since 1983.  We have customers in all 50 states and 17 countries.  There is no job too big nor too small for us to tackle.

We pride ourselves in providing the most honest, most dependable, and the most efficient service you will find anywhere.  No one could do a better job.  We always let you know up front what the maximum cost will be.

We also tell you whether we think your instrument is worth the invested repair.  In other words we won't let you spend $200 to fix a $50 instrument (unless you want to for sentimental or some other reason, and that's ok too).

While we can fix literally anything, our specialty is set up.  When you want your instrument to play and sound as good as it possibly can, we are your place.  Instruments are regularly shipped to us from all parts of the U.S. for setup.  We generally turn them around within a week so that they are back to you in approximately 10 to 14 days.

We charge by the hour plus parts, taxes and shipping.  Our hourly rate is $40 per hour.  This might seem high until you understand how fast and efficient we are.  Example:  a fret job in most places will cost you more than $100 labor.  We generally charge about $60 or about 1.5 hours labor.

Please also understand that we fully guarantee our work.  We generally say that our repairs are "50 year" repairs.  Meaning with proper care and maintenance you should expect the repair to last at least 50 years.  If something breaks again after we repair it, there is never any charge for us to make it right.  We say with pride, that since starting business in 1983, we could count on one hand the number of instruments that have been returned.

We can provide written insurance appraisals of your instruments for only $15.00 each.

We can provide plenty of references upon request.
